Return Eligibility
Returns are ONLY accepted for verified manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery.
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unaltered condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Complete documentation must be provided
Required Documentation
All return requests must include:
- Unboxing Video showing:
- Sealed package with visible shipping label
- Complete unboxing process
- Initial product condition
- Detailed footage of alleged defect
- High-resolution photos of:
- Specific defect area(s)
- Complete product
- Original packaging
- Product identification tags
- Original proof of purchase
- Order identification number
Non-Refundable Items
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Products without verified manufacturing defects
- Items damaged through use or handling
- Products received beyond the 30-day claim period
- Items without original packaging
- Products showing signs of use or alteration
- Claims without complete documentation
- Custom or modified items
Refund Process
