Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne)
  • Order Handling Time: 2-10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Australian public holidays)
  • Transit Time: Varies by destination. See the "Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates" section below for details. Transit times are provided by AusPost and are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Processing and Handling Time

Each order at Tapestry Vibes is individually crafted, packaged, and personalized. All our items are stocked, and this meticulous process takes place at our location: 98 Princes Street, Traralgon VIC 3844, Australia. This requires a handling time of 2-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). We appreciate your patience as we create your unique order. After this handling period, your order will be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our facility.

We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times are clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. The information below provides an overview, but always refer to the checkout for the most accurate, real-time estimates.

Shipping Method: AusPost International Standard

We currently ship to the following countries, grouped by continent. Please note that delivery times are *estimates* and can vary. The table below shows the *total* estimated delivery time, which includes our handling time and the estimated transit time.

*Total Estimated Delivery Time includes a handling time of 2-10 business days plus an estimated shipping transit time of 6-20 business days.

Important Notes:

  • We strive to ship all orders within the stated handling time.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by AusPost and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our and AusPost's control (e.g., customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, extreme weather events, high volume periods). We appreciate your understanding.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@tapestryvibes.com so we can diagnose and fix any problems.
  • "Business days" do not include weekends or public holidays in Australia or the destination country.

Shipping Carrier and Procedure

We use AusPost as our primary shipping carrier for all orders. Once your order is prepared, we include all necessary invoices and documentation. We then personally ship your order from our location to the nearest AusPost office, ensuring it enters the AusPost system for delivery. This allows us to provide reliable tracking and delivery services.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so *before* we begin working on it. Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review the policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for cancellations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing an AusPost tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the AusPost website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

You can also track your order on our website by visiting our "Track Your Order" page: https://www.tapestryvibes.com/a/track_my_order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become fully active after your order ships.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. The shipping cost will always be $0 for standard shipping, and this will be clearly reflected at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders (orders shipped outside of Australia), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and brokerage fees, which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are *not* included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Tapestry Vibes is not responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order, as these fees can vary widely and are often unpredictable.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tapestryvibes.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you and AusPost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit (as determined by AusPost tracking information), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with AusPost. If the package cannot be located after a reasonable time, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item (at our expense) and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
